Is this how courts treat free speech in the country whose citizens spawned the First Amendment (well, Jefferson, to be honest)?


Quite appalling. Makes me wish to re-post Hitchens' lovely address on the subject. Which I will. Can't see it many times enough (with, I think, puts me at par with the average man - if yet in a different way).
